Riverside Orthodontics is Greenwich’s local, concierge-level orthodontic practice, built around a few simple questions: “What can I do for you? How can I help? Let’s take a look.” The team sees roughly 35 patients a day while still delivering highly attentive, specialist-led care, so every visit feels personal, efficient, and focused on your family’s needs.
With flexible evening and Saturday hours, 24/7 on-call support, and a goal of seeing most new patients within a week, Riverside Orthodontics fits into your schedule instead of the other way around. From your first consult to your final retainer check, you are treated like family in a community-rooted office that has been part of Greenwich for more than 25 years.
Meet Dr. Kesselman
A trusted orthodontist for Greenwich families for more than 25 years.
Dr. Scott Kesselman is a distinguished concierge orthodontist serving all of Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, and the surrounding communities. He is the last remaining orthodontist from his original peer group and he continues to personally oversee every smile in the practice.
Dr. Kesselman completed his advanced orthodontic training at Montefiore Medical Center and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He remains actively involved in education, lecturing and mentoring future orthodontists at Montefiore, and he is a proud member of leading professional organizations, including the Connecticut State Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the American Association of Orthodontists.
Outside orthodontics, Dr. Kesselman is an avid fisherman, United States Coast Guard licensed captain, and active community supporter. He regularly donates time and resources to local athletics, theater, and service initiatives, reflecting his belief that professional excellence and community involvement go hand in hand.

Every team member shares the same patient‑first mindset: “What can I do for you? How can I help?” From welcoming new patients and answering questions to helping kids stay on track with brushing and rubber bands, the team is here to make orthodontic treatment as easy and positive as possible.

Riverside Orthodontics is designed around real family schedules. The practice offers early morning, evening hours, Saturday appointments, and 24/7 availability for urgent concerns, so patients can get help when they need it most. The team’s goal is simple: make it easy to start treatment, stay on track, and finish with a fantastic result.
Convenient Office Hours – Saturdays and Evenings
Monday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
First Saturday of the month: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Summer hours vary slightly. Please call if you are unsure.
Of course, the team is always available to assist you in the event of an emergency after office hours.

Getting here is easy. Riverside Orthodontics, LLC is conveniently located at 1171 East Putnam Avenue, Building #2, in Riverside, Connecticut, with easy access from all areas of Greenwich and the surrounding communities.
From I‑95 North:
Exit 5. Bear left onto Route 1 (East Putnam Avenue) south.
From I‑95 South:
Exit 5. Turn left onto Route 1 (East Putnam Avenue) south.
Proceed 1/8 mile and turn right onto Neil Lane. The office is in a gray two‑story building on the corner of Route 1 and Neil Lane, 1/8 mile south of McDonald’s and across from Greenwich Music. There is plenty of free parking under the building, accessible from Neil Lane.
