• Dr. Kesselman is a Board Eligible Orthodontist who has successfully completed requirements designed to assess the knowledge, skills and clinical expertise necessary to provide quality patient care.
• We have a highly qualified team of certified orthodontic assistants who assist the doctor during treatment – a rare occurrence in the field of orthodontics. Our assistants have been certified by either the Academy of Orthodontic Assisting or Dental Assisting National Board and are endorsed by the American Association of Orthodontists.
• We utilize computerized digital photo imaging, which enables Dr. Kesselman to diagnose orthodontic problems, develop a treatment plan, and predict results better than ever. This is also a great visual communication tool to educate patients, parents and your family dentist regarding the diagnostic evaluation and proposed treatment plan.
• We utilize true digital radiography. Patients are exposed to only 10 percent of the radiation of a traditional film x-ray. This technology is not normally found outside a hospital or clinic environment. In the near future, 3D digital tomography (elaborate x-rays) will also be available for patients and area general dentists.
• We create computerized digital study models, which provide all the benefits of traditional stone models with the added benefit of allowing more efficient and more accurate measurements of dental irregularities.
• We utilize computerized appointment scheduling, charting, record keeping and insurance submission to track all aspects of patient care. • We offer modern treatment modalities, including Invisalign® and Invisalign® Teen, which straightens teeth using a series of clear, customized, removable appliances called aligners. These orthodontic breakthroughs combine orthodontic expertise and 3-D computer technology.
• We provide orthodontic surgical evaluation and treatment of oral/facial asymmetry and cleft lip/palate disorders. Dr. Kesselman received extensive training with the craniofacial and cleft palate center during his training at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
